For a long-term treatment : take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, preferably in the morning. It is recommended to use MenSize XL for a continuous period of 3 months.
For a quick effect : take 3 to 4 capsules with water, about 1 hour before intercourse. For more effectiveness, take the capsules away from meals (2 hours) and avoid eating or drinking alcohol at the time of taking.

Do not exceed 8 capsules per 48 hours. If in doubt, seek medical advice.
